Caesar 3 is a 2D game; this is a one of Sierra Entertainment series of City-Building that was developed last 1998. The game is based on Roman life some long years ago. This is just a single-player game and you being the ruler need to properly strategize everything in building your city.You have to make the establishments of your city accessible to your people, like Farms should have an easy access to Housing (for laborers), the Granary, the Market or the Warehouse. Another important supply in the city is the water supply, you’ll have to make sure that every house and establishment in your city
